102 N LONGWORTH AVE Code Violation: Rear alley blocked by trees

VAS Properties LLC has an open property-maintenance code case after a neighbor reported large tree cuttings dumped in the rear alley behind 102 N Longworth Ave. The complaint says branches were cut from the yard and tossed into the alley—at one point completely blocking it—and the debris still encroaches the alley (the tipster warned the pile is hard to miss and the address might be a house off).
