3420 Southern Ave Land Trust has an open property-maintenance complaint at 3420 Southern Ave after a retired veteran reported that sanitation crews repeatedly fling his trash can back onto the curb. He says the latest incident on 6/12/2026 at 9:15 a.m. knocked the can into his brand-new car (and has happened to his bike before), the crew didn’t stop, and he’s uploaded multiple videos asking the city to fix the problem.
