1341 S 4th St Open code violation for trash, rodents, weeds
Ar Ramco Development LLC is named in an open property-maintenance case at 1341 S 4th St after reports that trash bags were tossed into the vacant lot and later rummaged through. Neighbors say the mess was reported weeks ago and that high weeds plus mice and rats are now a problem, and the complaint asks that the owner be fined. The record shows the case is still open with no completed inspections listed, so folks are waiting to see enforcement follow through.
