10106 Park Lake Dr code violation for overgrown tree blocking front door

Owner Middleton Norman F has an open property maintenance complaint at 10106 Park Lake Dr after a caller reported a large, overgrown front-yard tree blocking the front door and an emergency entrance. The caller says EMS couldn't get a stretcher through and also flagged a lot of junk in the backyard, so inspection has been asked to take a look.
