1501 PHYLLIS AVE 3 opened for property maintenance code violation

A tenant at 1501 Phyllis Ave 3 has filed an open property maintenance (code violation) complaint against owner PSG Vesta Derby Oaks LLC after the apartment’s air conditioning was reportedly out for a month. The tenant says the landlord has been stalling on repairs and that their son suffered an asthma attack because of the heat, so the city has the case open for follow-up.
