1717 Beech Street opened for property maintenance code violation

Norfolk Southern Railway Co. owns the strip at 1717 Beech St after a caller reported the narrow parcel between Conestoga and Narragansett has grown very tall and needs to be cut back. The city has opened a property maintenance case and linked it to a high weeds/grass inspection, so an inspector or crew may swing by to see about trimming it back.
