Louisville Metro Housing Authority is the owner named in a property maintenance complaint at 1218 Brashear Dr reporting a long-running code violation. A neighbor says Building 15, Unit M suffered flooding more than a year ago and was never properly remediated — cleaners reportedly wore yellow suits — and mold is now allegedly entering adjacent units through the A/C along with visible roaches, flies, and gnats. The report also notes peeling ceiling paint, mold around the bathroom door, and a stove light that was removed and never replaced.
