149 Ottawa Ave code violation: renters run illegal car parts business in yard
KF Properties LLC is listed on an open property-maintenance complaint at 149 Ottawa Ave after neighbors say renters have been running an illegal car-parts business in the backyard for more than three months. Reports say a used car arrives by trailer each week, multiple men dismantle vehicles (sometimes breaking into them), parts and junk cars pile up and block the alley, and noisy, spark-producing saw work happens dangerously close to trees and a wooden fence.
