Owner Lisa M. Buck at 206 Southwood Ter has an open property maintenance case after a caller reported the resident emptied a built-in swimming pool and left close to a foot of standing water. That water is said to be collecting in the yards at 5523 and 5521 Bruce Avenue, and the city has the case open for follow-up.
