140 N 38TH ST opened for property maintenance code violation
A property maintenance case has been opened for SKS Holdings LLC at 140 N 38th St after a citizen reported a messy rear yard. The complaint says there’s a lot of trash, debris and trees piled in the back and the city has the open code-violation file until the area is cleaned up.
