7918 ANNELLA WAY opened for code violation over parking on grass/front yard
Owners Robert and Ruby Raymer are the subject of an open property maintenance complaint at 7918 Annella Way after neighbors reported vehicles being regularly parked on the front yard grass. Louisville Metro zoning forbids parking on grass, so the situation has been flagged as a property maintenance/zoning violation and is awaiting investigation. Inspectors are expected to follow up to make sure the lawn stays a lawn — not a parking spot.
