3811 Crestridge Dr opened a Property Maintenance Case for Code Violation

Owner Michael Kent Stoltz has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported a very large tree from the lot behind 3811 Crestridge Dr fell into the backyard and several other trees remain down amid heavy overgrowth. The Metro Sewer District inspected the soggy yard and took photos; the resident says a long-running drainage problem persists and, alarmingly, even healthy trees have been toppling.
