Owners Ray Myers Sr. and Ray Myers Jr. have an open property maintenance case for 4030 Midland Ave. City notes say grass and weeds haven't been cut since April, and people experiencing homelessness are staying in and around the carport. The case is open and the city is monitoring the property to get the yard cleared and address the encampment.
