1336 Earl Ave code violation opened for property maintenance
Ann Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case for the vacant house at 1336 Earl Ave. A caller reports the backyard grass is up to knee height and that people experiencing homelessness have been going in the back of the house, and says the owner still has belongings inside.
