9713 Thor Ave opened for code violation: roof leak

Property owner Joe Burnett Sr. is named on an open property maintenance case after a tenant reported repeated roof leaks at 9713 Thor Ave. The tenant says the landlord keeps coming out to tar the roof, but the patches don't hold and it's currently leaking again, so the city has an open code-violation file to follow up.
