13106 TRUMP AVE HOA requests code violation inspection for rear trash and debris

The HOA Board President has asked C&R to inspect the rear of 13106 Trump Ave, owned by Rai Simon, for trash, construction debris, appliances and other property-maintenance violations. Photos are available and an inspector is expected to visit within 1–20 business days; the HOA says they’ll share the inspector’s contact info after the visit.
