704 Palatka Rd opened for code enforcement over leaning tree on church property
A resident has reported a hazardous leaning tree near 704 Palatka Rd, saying the tree is on a church’s property and that they contacted the church about 2–3 weeks ago with no action. The owner on file is Adamica Housing Group LLC, and the complaint notes the tree appears to be propped up by a neighboring tree and could fall toward nearby railroad tracks. The city has opened a property maintenance case to investigate and assess the risk.
