4535 Outer Loop Code Violation: Donation box in parking lot near Steak and Shake
New Sky LLC is listed as the owner in an open property maintenance case after a donation box showed up in the parking lot behind the Steak and Shake at 4535 Outer Loop, near the mall by Kroger. The city flagged it as a code violation, so someone reported an unpermitted collection container on the property. Officials have the case open while they sort out removal or next steps.
