3313 Bohannon Ave opened for code violation: rats in garage and overgrowth
A property maintenance case is open for 3313 Bohannon Ave, listed to Vaughn James E & Betty L. A caller reports rats sheltering in a garage that's full of stuff—there's even a rumor residents put food in the garage—and says the backyard is a mess with overgrown weeds and untrimmed bushes and possible holes in the garage or door. City staff have the case open while they follow up to see what's really going on.
