304 Trista Dr B opened for Code Violation

A resident at 304 Trista Dr B has filed a property-maintenance complaint against owner Woodside Village MF II LLC after their air conditioner went out on 6/5/26 — they say the emergency line dismissed it even though the apartment hit 88 degrees and they have health issues. When they followed up on 6/8/26 they were told repairs could take at least three more days and say they weren’t offered another unit or a hotel, so the code-violation case remains open.
