3711 Fern Valley Rd reported potholes on access road; code violation
KY25 Franciscan Owner LLC has an open property-maintenance case after a caller reported about five potholes on the road that leads into the facility at 3711 Fern Valley Rd. The caller was told this isn’t a Metro road, so the repair request looks like it falls to the property owners or facility managers to arrange; the case remains open for follow-up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
