5403 Red Leaf Rd opened Code Violation for property maintenance
Blue Canyon 178 KY LLC is listed as the owner of the property at 5403 Red Leaf Rd, where an open property maintenance case documents serious problems — cracks in the walls and foundation, uneven floors, an attic that was falling in, and gaps between doors and their frames. The complaint says maintenance refused to inspect because they feared a collapse, and the tenant reports the rental office told them to "find some place else to go"; the caller was informed their contact information is part of the public record.
