Owner Brian Paul Mueller has an open property maintenance case after drainage installed at 17117 and 17119 Shakes Creek Drive reportedly sent muddy, smelly sludge across a neighbor’s yard toward the storm drain. The complaint says the slick, foul-smelling runoff caused at least one delivery driver to slip and that the HOA hasn’t responded, so city inspectors have the issue logged as an open code violation for cleanup.
