1904 FARNSLEY RD Code Violation Open for No AC in Building
Owner Mike Cardinal Hill Revocable Trust has an open property maintenance code case at 1904 Farnsley Rd after residents say the building has had no air conditioning since the end of last summer. Tenants report management promised window units and says a chiller was ordered, but no units have been installed and the issue remains unresolved.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
