5627 NEW CUT RD Louisville KY 40214: Code violation - poison ivy over fence
On Fire Christian Center Inc at 5627 New Cut Rd has an open property-maintenance complaint after a neighbor reported severe poison ivy growing over the shared fence line behind 5602 Mary Ellen Drive and large tree limbs from the church hanging directly over their garage. The neighbor says the ivy is a direct health hazard and the overhanging branches drop heavy debris and spiky seed pods year‑round, and they’ve asked Code Enforcement to inspect and seek compliance citations.
