10217 Shelbyville Rd: Code violation for dead trees on Station 32 property

Middletown Fire Protection District is the owner named in an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported two dead pine trees along the edge of the Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS (Station 32) lot at 10217 Shelbyville Road. The trees sit in the back-left corner of the fire station’s property, border the complainant’s yard, and are close enough to nearby homes that they could cause damage if they fall. The case has been opened to have the trees evaluated and resolved.
