2231 Kaelin Ave code violation opened for rodent activity

Owners Susan Mattingly and Jonathan D. Stroud have an open property maintenance case reporting rats at 2231 Kaelin Ave. They say rodents are using the alley as a shortcut and slipping under their alley-facing privacy fence to get in and out of the yard, so the city lists it as a code violation with a related pest issue on file.
