3052 Pamela Way planted fast growth trees in right of way
Owner Brown Louis has an open property-maintenance case after neighbors reported fast-growing trees planted in the right-of-way at 3052 Pamela Way. The complaint says the two-year-old trees are already crowding the busy street and could split or fall in high winds, and neighbors asked enforcement to require the trees be removed or moved closer to the house to avoid hazards and possible damage to parked cars.
