Owner Jaime Marie Underwood has an open property maintenance case at 4543 Southwestern Pkwy after a large, dying tree on the lot has been shedding big branches for years and shows rot running up the trunk. The report notes the tree should have been removed sooner and has now (predictably) damaged the house, with the case still open as officials sort out inspections and next steps.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
