115 W COLLINS CT opened a Code Violation for unpaid electric bill

Owner Charles Dickens Jr has an open property-maintenance case after tenants at 115 W Collins Ct reported the landlord hasn’t paid the electric bill and power has been cut off for the second or third time. Tenants say electricity is included in their rent because it feeds three units and that the owner isn’t responding to requests, so the city opened the case to follow up.
