815 East Washington Street code violation reported for missing rear address

Owner Jan Debevoise has an open property maintenance case after a citizen reported the rear of the building at 815 E Washington St is missing its address. City inspectors opened the case to verify the complaint and get the rear of the property properly numbered so deliveries, mail carriers and emergency crews can find it.
