2108 Griffiths Ave opened a code violation for tree and fence damage

Owner Paula T. Bader has an open property-maintenance case after a large chunk of a tree broke off in the rear of 2108 Griffiths Ave and smashed the fence. The caller says one side of the tree appears dead and part has already been removed; the tree sits partly on city property and partly on private land, a tree professional is on site, and the owner was advised to contact the city.
