Sheridan & Illinois entrance code violation: pothole worsening; needs rock

A property maintenance case has been opened for the Entrance To Joe Creason Park At Corner Of Sheridan And Illinois after a pothole there reportedly grew much larger. The report says the blue sand used to fill it just washed away and requests rock or another permanent repair so the park entrance stops turning into a soggy mess.
