2811 De Mel Ave Unit 24: Code violation filed for cockroach infestation
A tenant at The Edwin has filed an open property-maintenance complaint about persistent cockroach infestations at 2811 De Mel Ave, Unit 24. They report seeing more than 100 roaches since moving in April 25 despite two treatments by Black Diamond Pest Control, and say other residents have the same problem. The unit is owned by SC Summit Investors LLC; the tenant pays $1,313 a month, has a crawling baby in the apartment, and suspects the issue may be related to plumbing rather than ineffective pest control.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
