430 W MUHAMMAD ALI BLVD 1409 opened code violation ENF-PMNT-26-011208
TEG The Flats on 5th LLC has an open property maintenance case after residents at 430 W Muhammad Ali Blvd, Unit 1409 reported being without air conditioning since Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Tenants say the rent office has given a lot of runaround—promises that Thursday or Friday would restore service didn’t pan out, only some floors have AC, and staff couldn’t commit to a timeline—so the city has stepped in to follow up.
