Owner Michael J. Karrer has an open property maintenance case for the backyard at 2930 Klondike Ln. Neighbors report the back yard is overgrown — grass about 4–5 feet, weeds over 6 feet — plus an unused, uncovered pool that likely has standing water (neighbors hear frogs), heavy mosquito activity, and two small rats caught by a neighbor’s dogs.
