Owner Acharya Ran Maya has an open property maintenance case at 6800 Seaton Woods Dr after neighbors reported the lawn hasn't been mowed all year and the backyard is hip-high with weeds. The complaint says multiple households are living in the home, weeds have grown into tree-sized plants, there’s a strong odor and rodents, and the city has the case open to get the yard cleaned up.
