1831 Lower Hunters Trce Code Violation: Property Maintenance Case Opened

Owner Donna Cundiff has an open property maintenance case at 1831 Lower Hunters Trace after a neighbor allegedly keeps driving onto and mowing her side of the lawn. The complaint says a small parcel sold years ago to MSD for a storm drain is being used as a driveway—gravel was laid on part of the MSD strip and vehicles are affecting drainage, which the homeowner says is causing basement flooding.
