1831 Lower Hunters Trce Code Violation: Property Maintenance Case Opened
Owner Donna Cundiff has an open property maintenance case at 1831 Lower Hunters Trace after a neighbor allegedly keeps driving onto and mowing her side of the lawn. The complaint says a small parcel sold years ago to MSD for a storm drain is being used as a driveway—gravel was laid on part of the MSD strip and vehicles are affecting drainage, which the homeowner says is causing basement flooding. She’s asking MSD to block off that piece so it can’t be used for vehicle access or turning.
