312 GHEENS AVE Code Violation: Junk items left in front for several days
Owner Sollet Lorenzo has an open property-maintenance case at 312 Gheens Ave after neighbors noticed several items left at the curb for days. The complaint says it’s unclear whether a bulk junk pickup was scheduled, so city staff opened the code violation to investigate and get the items removed.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
