5407 Carnae Ct 15 opened code violation for property maintenance

A tenant has reported a property maintenance/code violation at 5407 Carnae Ct, Unit 15, saying water is pouring through the ceiling of the first-floor bathroom and into the hallway from the second floor. The carpet has been wet since Sunday the 24th, the tenant does not speak English, and they asked that inspectors contact Teresa at 859-687-5583; the property is owned by Mike Flint Carnae Revocable Trust.
