Owner David W. Schoenbachler has an open property maintenance case for code violations at 1927 Crimson Dr. Neighbors report the yard is severely overgrown — bushes encroaching on the side of the driveway, piles of dead debris with new growth poking through, and vegetation reportedly thick enough that juveniles have used it to hide, so the city is asking for a cleanup.
