8504 HURSTBOURNE WOODS PL opened for pool fence code violation

Owners Iqbal Tanveer and Asma H have a property at 8504 Hurstbourne Woods Place where about a month ago a roughly 6‑foot section of fence was removed along one side, leaving an active, water‑filled swimming pool exposed. A neighbor filed an open property maintenance complaint saying no replacement appears to have been made and expressing concern a child or pet could fall in, noting state and local rules require a pool fence. The complaint asks the HOA or homeowner to address the issue immediately while the case remains open.
