9102 ELK RIDGE DR 106 opened a code violation

A property maintenance case is open for 9102 Elk Ridge Dr, Unit 106 after a tenant reported the A/C has been out since the beginning of the year. The tenant says property maintenance kept saying a part was ordered but never returned to install it, and a water leak has left the living room ceiling soft. The owner is 2204 Deercross Drive Property LLC and the city currently lists the case as open.
