Legacy Apartments TIC 2 LLC has an open property maintenance/code-violation case for Unit 1 at 5501 Hunt Club Ln after tenants reported a roach infestation and widespread water damage. Residents say water has been leaking down the living room ceiling and coming up through the bathroom and hallway floorboards, and that problem has been going on for more than a month.
