1304 Oak Hill Rd code violation for overgrown vacant lot

David Allgeier, owner of the vacant lot at 1304 Oak Hill Rd, is facing an open property-maintenance code case after neighbors flagged the rear of the lot as monstrously overgrown. While the front grass gets regular attention, the brush toward the back has been building for more than six years and is said to likely harbor rodents, ticks, and other pests. The city has the case open to get the lot cleared and back into compliance.
