Owner Omar R. Reynolds has an open property maintenance case at 816 W Ashland Ave after a neighbor reported invasive ivy and bamboo coming over and through a privacy fence. The complaint says the vines have killed two shrubs and trees, grown several feet above the fence, and are warping and breaking panels—neighbors say they’ve tried for years to cut it back and can’t afford to replace the damaged fence.
