818 W Ashland Ave: Open code violation for weeds, ivy, and bamboo
Frances Kay Hooper, owner of 818 W Ashland Ave, is listed on an open property-maintenance code-violation case. A neighbor reports invasive ivy and bamboo are creeping over and through the privacy fence, killing trees, shrubs and other plants, and that a tree and its branches are starting to damage the fence and press against the house — the complainant says the growth is too tall to trim and has photos documenting the damage.
