145 N PETERSON AVE property maintenance case opened
BRS Properties LLC is listed as the owner in an open property maintenance case for the rental at 145 N Peterson Ave after neighbors say it’s been vacant for about a year. Complainants report the city cited the owner several times last year, the yard often grows over a foot tall before being cut, the last tenant supposedly trashed the interior, and a neighbor (Lori, 502-550-8477) says she’s found rats she believes are coming from the property.
