10301 LONG HOME RD: Code Violation for overgrown grass and billboard

Property owner Chris Thieneman has an open property-maintenance case at 10301 Long Home Rd after inspectors found the grass hasn’t been cut since last year, growing well over 10 inches and not trimmed at least 50 feet back from the property boundary as required. The complaint also notes a large billboard visible from Bardstown Rd that reportedly doesn’t comply with the land development sign rules, and that signage issue was filed separately.
