3101 Clinton Pl 3 reported code violation over AC outage and safety concerns
SHIVELY APTS has an open property maintenance case after a tenant at 3101 Clinton Place Apt 8 reported the air conditioning has been out since Wednesday and that maintenance said it needed a Freon refill but never returned as promised. The tenant says they have a newborn and a toddler with asthma, were told they’re “on a list” with no timeline, and the case remains open for follow-up.
